Launch Event: Comparative Study of Indonesia’s and Germany’s Quality Infrastructure Systems

The Indonesian–German Working Group on Quality Infrastructure has been established as a dialogue platform to address common issues regarding standardisation and technical regulation, accreditation and conformity assessment, metrology, and product safety. To improve mutual understanding of quality infrastructure (QI) policies and regulations in each country, a Comparative Study of Indonesia’s and Germany’s QI System was formulated to provide recommendations on what each country can learn and adopt from each other.
The Launch Event of the Comparative Study invites speakers from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), the Ministry of Industry, the National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN), Mesopartner, the National Standardisation Agency (BSN)*, the German Institute for Standardisation (DIN)*, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN)*, EuroCham Indonesia*, and TÜV Nord Indonesia to provide discussion and insights on the developing policies on both countries.
