Macro-policy shifts in quality infrastructure after the 18th Third Plenary Session and the anticipated impacts on foreign companies

The QI Project has commissioned a study on analyzing the policy changes in Chinese quality infrastructure in March 2014.

The QI Project has commissioned a study on analyzing the policy changes in Chinese quality infrastructure in March 2014. The study focuses on the assessment of anticipated changes after the 18th Third Plenary Session and CPPCC on both the macro-policy level and the business level regarding impacts on foreign companies operating in China and/or planning to enter the Chinese market with long-term business interests.

Within the framework of the study, the industry’s firsthand experiences and views play an essential role. In order to capture the “voices” of the industry best, a series of expert interviews with representatives of German manufacturing companies across China will be conducted starting in June 2014. These interviews will provide valuable insights about the benefits and drawbacks of the reforms that directly impact the private sector and that will shape the Chinese quality infrastructure landscape in the next years.

Should your company be interested in contributing to the Sino-German dialogue on quality infrastructure, we would highly welcome you to participate in the interviews starting next month. Please kindly contact Ms. Zhang Lu for detailed information regarding study background and interview organization.
