Indonesian – German Forum on Standardisation for Industry 4.0

Policy makers and Industrie 4.0 experts from Germany and Indonesia will gather to exchange knowledge and information to build a mutual understanding on the benefits of implementing international standards for Industrie 4.0 including best practices, lessons learned, involved actors and to identify further collaborations under the bilateral dialogue.

 

The forum will take place in a hybrid mode, both at The Westin Jakarta and online via Webex. The virtual meeting link will be provided for participants that would like to join online. The forum is co-organised with the Centre for Optimisation of Industrial Technology Utilisation and Industrial Services Policy (POPTIKJI) of the Indonesian Ministry of Industry (MoI). Speakers from the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), MoI, the Indonesian National Standardisation Agency (BSN)*, Platform Industrie 4.0, the German Commission for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies (DKE) alongside representatives of industries will be sharing their perspectives.
