Workshop with INMETRO - Implementation of the NLF from the private sector’s point of view: Challenges and Opportunities

2020-01-09, 14:00–18:00

Berlin, BMWi

Dear Sir or Madam,

as agreed in the Work Plan 2019-2020, the German-Brazilian Dialogue on Quality Infrastructure is closely cooperating with INMETRO, the Brazilian National Institute of Metrology Standardization and Industrial Quality, on the planning and implementation of its new regulatory model. As the new regulatory model is set out to mirror the European New Legislative Framework (NLF) in many aspects, INMETRO will be travelling to Germany/Europe between 7-17 January 2020 in order to receive information about the subtleties and experiences regarding the implementation of the NLF.

Against this background, representatives from the German private sector as well as quality infrastructure institutions are cordially invited to take part in the work shop

“Implementation of the NLF from the private sector’s point of view: Challenges and Opportunities”
on January 9, 2020, 14:00 – 18:00 o’ clock at BMWi (Scharnhorststr. 34-37, 10115 Berlin)

During the workshop, companies will have the opportunities to present challenges and opportunities regarding their business routines under the NLF in Europe, but can also address questions regarding the planned reform in Brazil.
A detailed schedule will be sent out soon.
