1st Expert Workshop on the Pilot Project for the Mutual Recognition of Test Reports for Liquid Heaters

On 16 March 2015, the first Expert Workshop for the Mutual Recognition of Tests Reports took place in Beijing to promote the mutual recognition of test reports as well as the harmonisation of conformity assessment procedures.

On 16 March 2015, the first Expert Workshop for the Mutual Recognition of Tests Reports took place in Beijing to promote the mutual recognition of test reports as well as the harmonisation of conformity assessment procedures. From the German side, representatives of TÜV Rheinland and TÜV Süd participated in the workshop. The Chinese side composed of members from CNCA and CQC. The participants discussed the specific implementation plan of the pilot project, which is based on the results of last years Workshop on the Mutual Recognition of Test Reports.


The experts defined contact persons on both sides and exchanged views on their implementation plans as well as their project schedules. Additionally, technical details of the testing process were discussed. Following the 1st Expert Workshop, both sides are going to check the plan for its practicability and compliance with relevant statuary provisions and technical requirements for further implementation of the project.
