Die 13. Jahrestagung der Deutsch-Chinesischen Kommission zur Zusammenarbeit hat heute in Qingdao, China, offiziell begonnen!

We're thrilled to welcome over 100 participants, including 55 experts from German institutions, for a packed week of collaboration. This week is all about discussing the digital industrial future together, featuring annual meetings for working- groups focused on Electromobility and Industrie 4.0, a deep dive on the new Digital Product Passport (DPP), and our main plenary session later this week.

Today's Focus: Deep Dive into Industrie 4.0

The conference kicked off with intense workshops by our technical expert groups. Right from the start, we set a level for technical collaboration! Across multiple sessions, experts from the private sector and respective governmental agencies tackled the most critical topics in smart manufacturing, from using Artificial Intelligence on the shop-floor and ensuring Functional Safety to the groundbreaking Asset Administration Shell for digitalizing industrial assets.

A huge thank you to everyone for their substantial contributions today in the name of the organizers BMWE, DIN, DKE, and SAC. This intensive groundwork sets the stage for the rest of the week.
