Second event of the series of workshops: “Quality Infrastructure in railway systems: experiences in Mexico & Germany”

The second virtual workshop “Rolling stock” will take place on 23 November 2021, 09:00-11:30 (UTC – 6)/ 16:00 - 18:30 (CET). This is the second event of the series of workshops “Quality Infrastructure in railway systems: experiences in Mexico & Germany”. This series is part of the project line “Cooperation on Quality Infrastructure in rail transport services” within the framework of the German-Mexican Dialogue on Quality Infrastructure, established between the Mexican Ministry of Economy (Secretaría de Economía - SE) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie - BMWi).

In this event, experts will exchange perspectives from the Mexican and German/European perspectives on how the selection of rolling stock is carried out, how can maintenance be enhanced and what needs regarding technical regulations arise due to technological trends for rolling stock.
